Plowpoint is a ministry of repairing and preparing the Church and church leaders for ministry in the 21st century through strategies that equip and nurture churches and church leaders to become effective instruments of God’s healing and grace for others.

A six month coaching model to coalesce, energize and direct pastors and key lay leadership to live out faithfully and effectively God’s unique vision for their ministry.

• Nehemiah Project

Training staff and key ministry leaders to coach, equip, and release members of the church to put the vision into action.

• Spiritual Coaching

One-on-one coaching specifically designed to maximize the unique calling of pastors and other church leaders through various stages and circumstances in ministry.

• Leadership Retreats

Retreats uniquely designed to meet the needs of ministry teams based on their setting and circumstances.

Transforming Churches

• Conflict Transformation: Longing to Belong

A biblical process to reconcile differences and navigate through critical transition and conflict.

• Strategic Visioning: Stepping in the Stream

A biblical process to discern God’s Vision through listening to God, one another, and our neighbors.

• Church Transformation Team Training and Certification

Training and certification of a regional team of 5-12 individuals (clergy and/or
laity) to provide direct Transforming Churches interventions as listed above.

• Nehemiah Project

Training staff and key ministry leaders to coach, equip, and release members of the church to put the vision into action.

Regional seminars to equip church leaders in conflict transformation, strategic visioning, and assessing local church potential.
